We might be breeding Iatallah Sheicha in 2018.
Iatallah is a sweet, gentle and playful girl who has a basic calmness about her and laid back character that we think will make her a very good mother-to-be. She shows a lot of similarity in temperament to her mother, who took excellent care of her pups in both litters. The best aspects of Iatallah's temperament in our opinion are her good nerves and her happy, positive attitude towards life.
Iatallah has a lovely, well balanced conformation, combining the beauty of both her parents and is very agile on the coursing field. She's very keen on prey as well as the lure and has competed in a few lure coursing competitions so far with good points and has two LC CCs. Her best show critiques so far are "Excellent" in both Junior, Intermediate and Open classes. Her single best placement so far has been 4th Best Bitch on the Saluki Specialty 2016 among a total of 92 bitches entered that day. The same year she was Best Veteran at two different LC competitions.
Iatallah is 61 cm tall and weighs close to 20 kg:s - a light built and very feminine bitch.
She was heart screened clear in January 2015, and again in October 2016, this time the diagnosis was equivocal (undetermined), which is why our plans concerning breeding her are pending until she has been monitored for some time.
Her brother Indy sired a litter of seven in 2012 at El Riyah Salukis (USA) and his offspring has developped very nicely. Two of these beauties are living in Germany (one of which had a beautiful litter at kennel Ravan Bacht in September 2016), the others remained in the US. Her sister Iranbanu gave birth to a lovely litter at kennel vom Ahlabub (Germany) in February 2015, from which we have one female, the charming and sweet, black Anusheh.
